Interlabial Pads
For those of you who bleed and use CSP (or are looking at going more eco) these are for you!
These are interlabial pads that are made from 2 layers of jersey and can be worn along with your CSP, help direct flow or with your cup as a little bit of back up. I can also make them with 3 layers of jersey if you wish them to be a little thicker.
They make you feel dryer, increase the longevity of your pad, whilst also helping with that ‘gushing’ feeling. Can also be used for very mild bladder weakness or heavy discharge.
To wash, rinse in cold water to help stop stains and wash with your CSP or regular clothes washing (in a mesh bag to stop them from disappearing!). Remember to remove before sitting on the loo!!
